RefWorks 2.0 and output styles
One thing we've noticed about moving to RefWorks 2.0 is that if you had set a default output style in RefWorks classic, that isn't yet carried over to the new interface (although we are assured RefWorks are working on it). If you want to create a bibliography, you will need to specify the output style you want - we have set up "Harvard - UoB" to suit our students' needs.

Importing references from EJS (EBSCO Electronic Journals Service)
You can export references from EJS -
Click “export to citation manager” next to the article you want.
You will get a “save file” dialogue box – name the file and save as RIS Formatted File
Go into RefWorks, choose References, Import, set Import Filter/Data Source to RIS Format and Database to RIS Format, and select your file.
Unfortunately you only seem to be able to save 1 reference at a time, not a list.

RefWorks 2.0 now live
The RefWorks 2.0 interface is now live, and you can use it with your existing account. Log in to RefWorks, and click the "RefWorks 2.0" link at the top right. You can manage all your existing references in the new interface - if for any reason you want to switch back, just click "RefWorks classic" at the top right.
Next time you come to use RefWorks, it will remember which version you were using and take you back there.

RefWorks also on Twitter
Following on from Rachel's earlier post, RefWorks is also on Twitter and they do seem very helpful!
Refworks on Facebook
RefWorks has a Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/refworks - there seem to be RefWorks staff answering queries and suggestions fairly quickly, so it might be a good place to go if you have a problem outside of library hours.

RefWorks 2.0
RefWorks is working on a new interface, which you can preview here. You can watch a demo, and set up a trial account to experiment with.
UoB will be moving to this version at some point this year, so please have a look and let us know what you think.
