RefWorks downtime Saturday 12th March 20106

On Saturday March 12, 2016,  ProQuest will be upgrading its systems infrastructure to improve performance, security, and overall reliability. All ProQuest services including RefWorks will be unavailable between 3am and 11am.

    Hi, RefWorks is currently down and we have a deadline for this weekend. More than 40 references are stored in my account which I am unable to access!

      Apologies, we blogged about this problem on the Digital Library blog http://bedsdigital.blogspot.co.uk/2016/06/login-problems-to-ebooks-and-other-uk_27.html but not the RefWorks one. ICT are working on this problem, which is intermittent. Keep trying.
