No access to RefWorks
The server which manages access to UK Access Management Federation
resources is down, which means there is no access via UK Access
Management Federation links. This includes RefWorks and all our
Dawsonera ebooks. We have reported the problem and hope to have it fixed
as soon as possible.

Write-N-Cite / ProQuest for Word
RefWorks have recently released an upgraded version 4 of Write-n-Cite, called ProQuest for Word. There is guidance on this on the RefWorks help site.
After you have installed it, you need to login in with a code which you will find in RefWorks under Tools, Write-n-cite.
