We can confirm that the problem we had recently with logging in to the RefWorks Citation Manager Word plugin is now fixed. Use the "login from my institution" option and choose University of Bedfordshire from the list.

RefWorks Citation Manager problem
We are currently having problems with login to RefWorks from the new version of the Word add-in RefWorks Citation manager. If you are still using an older version please carry on using that and ignore the message asking you to update to the newer one. We have reported this to RefWorks support and hope it will be fixed soon.
