These recent updates cause RefGrab-It to work sporadically in these browsers.Our program development team is currently investigating the recent changes to these web browsers in order to find a resolution. In the interim, you will need to either export the records from websites if available, such as PubMed, or manually enter the data into your RefWorks account. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue.”
