RefWorks import update

RefWorks import is nearly back to normal. However, you have to be logged in to RefWorks before you start the import process. If you start exporting from a database and have to log in as part of the process, it loses the references.

RefWorks problems update

RefWorks have reported that the importing problem is now fixed. However, we now seem to have an error trying to log in. Please bear with us while we try to get this sorted out.

Problems importing references into RefWorks

We're currently having problems importing references into RefWorks from other databases. This problem seems to be affecting other universities too, and we have reported it to the supplier. We will let you know when we get a solution.
