RefWorks running slowly

The RefWorks team have told us they are aware that RefWorks has been running very slowly at times - they are working on it and hope to have it fixed very soon.

RefWorks and Google Chrome

If you want to use RefWorks in the Google Chrome browser, you will need to enable pop ups to get the export feature to work.

You can do this by clicking on the wrench located in the upper right hand corner of the browser, click on "Options" --> "Under the Hood" --> "Content Settings" --> "Pop-ups" --"Allow all sites to show pop-ups."
